Our honesty commitments

These commitments apply to our website, our proposals and our work for clients.

  1. No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee leads, calls, sales, rankings or revenue. Results vary with your market, budget, season, competition, platform policy changes and how closely we can work together.
  2. No fake proof. We do not publish fake reviews, fake client logos, fake testimonials or fake statistics, and we do not buy, write or fake reviews for clients. Any case study or testimonial we show is real and used with written permission, or is clearly labelled as an illustration.
  3. Accurate team information. We describe our team and credentials accurately. We do not invent names, photos, titles, partner badges or certifications.
  4. Your spend, your accounts. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms. You own your ad accounts, pixels, analytics, website and data.
  5. Estimates are estimates. Calculators, benchmarks and forecasts on this site are illustrations based on the numbers shown. They are not promises or Repvox results.

1. Scope

These terms apply to repvox.com and to services Repvox Digital provides. A signed proposal, order or statement of work ("Proposal") sets the scope, fees and start date of any service. If a Proposal conflicts with these terms, the Proposal controls.

2. Fees, billing and term

Monthly services are billed in advance. Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. No long-term contract. One-time setup fees are billed at the start. Website projects: 50% deposit to start, 50% at launch. You own the domain, site and content. Late invoices may pause work after notice. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Ad spend and platforms

Ad spend is separate and billed by Google, Meta or TikTok straight to your card. You are responsible for ad spend and platform charges. Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms have their own terms and policies, which apply to your accounts. They can approve, limit, disapprove or suspend ads and accounts at their discretion, which is outside our control. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms unless we say so in writing.

4. Your accounts, data and content

Ad accounts, pixels, analytics, Business Profile, domain, hosting, website and content belong to you. We work with the access you give us, keep login details confidential, and return or remove access when we stop working together. You confirm you have the rights to materials you give us (logos, photos, videos, text).

5. Your responsibilities

You will provide accurate information and timely approvals, and you are responsible for the legality of your offers and your industry's rules (for example licensing, medical privacy such as HIPAA, attorney advertising rules, fair-housing rules and pricing claims). We will follow your written guidance on these.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you (for example ad copy, designs, website code and content), except third-party items such as stock media, fonts, plugins and open-source code, which stay under their own licenses. We keep our general know-how, templates and tools.

7. No guarantee of results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee leads, calls, sales, rankings, revenue, return on ad spend, or approval by any platform. Estimates and forecasts are illustrations, not promises.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the services.

9. Website use

Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Do not misuse the site (for example spam, scraping that harms the site, or attempts to break security).

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in a Proposal, the website and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims arising from materials or instructions you provide, or from your products, services and offers. We agree to cover claims arising from our own breach of law in performing the services.

13. Copyright concerns

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email connect@repvox.com with details and we will review it promptly.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless a Proposal says otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to website use. Changes to active client contracts need written agreement.
