Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancelling, setup fees, website deposits and ad spend work.

Monthly services
Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. No long-term contract. Cancel by email to connect@repvox.com. Work continues during the notice period, and you are billed for it. Fees for a month that has already started are not refunded, except where a Proposal or the law says otherwise.
Setup fees
Setup fees cover audits, tracking and account setup. They are refundable in full if you cancel before work starts, and not refundable after work has started.
Website projects
Website projects: 50% deposit to start, 50% at launch. You own the domain, site and content. If you cancel after work starts, the deposit covers work done to that point; if work done exceeds the deposit, we invoice the difference at our hourly rate. Finished work is handed over when paid.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms. We cannot refund it. Some platforms offer their own credits or dispute processes (for example invalid-lead disputes in Google Local Services Ads), and we help you use them where available.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. We will look into it within five business days and propose a fix, a credit or another fair solution.
